Cancellation policy

Please note, the following information only applies to orders from our OnlineShop website. Products purchased elsewhere (including www.karcher.cn) should be returned directly to the retailer from which they were originally purchased.
You may cancel an order at any time within 7 working days, and you will not have any right to cancel an order for detergents or chemicals beginning on the day after you receive the Products. Postage borne by the buyer if there is no quality problems ,product damage, stains, etc must apply for return within 24 hours beginning on the day after you receive the products, receipt of goods for more than 7 days will not be accepted for any reason to return .

If you return a Product to us:

(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 7 day cooling-off period, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

(b) for any other reason, we will examine the returned Product and notify you of any refund due via phone or e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If we opt to refund the price of a defective Product, we will refund the price of the Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

If you need to return the product to order does not affect our second sale, and you 7 days from receipt of goods (For details, please see Section 5.1 above) cancellation of an order, we will as soon as you have paid money to be returned You, however refund period will not exceed your application to cancel the order after thirty (30) days.
