Old makes room for new

The Züblin multi-storey car park in the centre of Stuttgart is not just a multi-storey car park. In addition to providing space for motor vehicles, it also offers space for art posters from the "Fumes and perfumes" exhibition series. In preparation for the new exhibition, Kärcher supported the artists in removing the old posters.

What in previous years was still three days of laborious manual work for four people with spatulas and nail rollers could now be done in less than a day by two people, thanks to Kärcher's support, provided in the form of equipment and expertise. It was important to ensure that only the posters were removed, not the paint on the wall underneath. The two cold water high-pressure cleaners HD 9/23 G (petrol driven) and HD 6/16 (electric) were used.

The exhibition series

"Fumes and perfumes" is being hosted for the fifth time this year The vernissage takes place on 13 July from 8.00 p.m. in the Züblin car park in Stuttgart. Since 2014, photographers and artist colleagues Frank Bayh & Steff Rosenberger-Ochs, Peter Franck, Monica Menez and Yves Noir have been organising this annual exhibition, which unites international photographers under one roof.
